Healthcare workers are the real heroes — we’re just proud to be able to help protect them, so they’re able to focus on the most important work of all.  Our long-term care security teams provide frontline support for healthcare workers across the province.

We are a caring team, and combine our passion for safety with our desire to help. We support frontline workers through one-on-one security and (Senior Sitter) services for long-term care partners throughout Nova Scotia.

The past year and a half has shown us that long-term care needs our support, and we are here to help. We collaborate with our clients and tailor our services to their specific needs, building a plan with services including:

• Senior Behavioral Management, supporting long-term care teams working with residents who have Dementia and or Alzhemizers and may at times display aggressive behavior. Our team responds, redirects and documents behavior.
   
• Personal security services for the elderly, where our team uses Gentle Persuasive Approach techniques as they provide basic supervision, companionship and friendly conversations with elderly clients.
